PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: 11-10-2026

Fees & Payment

Service fees, currency, payment schedule, taxes, reimbursable expenses, and other applicable charges are determined by the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, service agreement, or approved commercial document. Payment may be made through available bank, card, online, or other approved methods, which may vary by country, service, currency, and provider

Taxes & Charges

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, bank charges, currency-conversion costs, and governmental fees

Payment Due & Late Payment

Payments are due according to the applicable commercial document. Milestone-based work may be conditional upon receipt of the relevant payment. Where payment is overdue, we may, subject to applicable law and the agreement, suspend services, delay delivery, or terminate the engagement after appropriate notice

Refunds & Cancellation

Because our services may be customized, professional, and time-based, refund eligibility depends on the service nature and stage of delivery. If cancellation occurs before substantive work begins, a full or partial refund may be provided after deducting non-refundable processing fees, third-party costs, and work already performed, subject to the applicable agreement. Once work begins, fees may be retained proportionally to work completed, resources committed, and costs incurred

Non-Refundable Services

Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, completed consultations or training, customized reports, completed research or analysis, delivered or substantially completed work, third-party costs, and applicable administrative or payment-processing fees may be non-refundable

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be requested with reasonable advance notice where possible. Late or repeated requests may result in additional fees or loss of the scheduled session, as provided in the applicable agreement

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be made through the original payment method where legally and technically possible. Processing times may vary according to the payment provider, bank, currency, and customer location

Cancellation by the Company

We may decline or cancel a service where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, security, payment, or conflict-of-interest reasons. If we cancel a prepaid service for reasons within our control before delivery, the customer will generally be entitled to a refund of the unused prepaid amount, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement

Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or waives any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws
