   We may provide consulting, operational advisory, training, feasibility and market studies, business advisory, startup mentoring, and related professional services. The scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, responsibilities, assumptions, and limitations of each engagement are governed by the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, invoice, service agreement, or other written agreement

2. Professional Services

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, expenses, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable commercial document. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due according to the stated schedule. Overdue payment may result in suspension or termination of services, subject to applicable law and the agreement

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the services. We may rely on information provided by the client unless otherwise agreed or there are reasonable grounds to believe it is materially inaccurate or incomplete

 4. Fees & Payment

Fees, payment schedules, taxes, expenses, and other commercial terms are governed by the applicable commercial document. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due according to the stated schedule. Overdue payment may result in suspension or termination of services, subject to applicable law and the agreement

 5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, models, know-how, processes, reports, and proprietary materials remain our intellectual property, subject to rights expressly granted to the client. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement. We will use reasonable measures to protect confidential client information, with additional obligations where applicable under an NDA or service agreement

6. Third-Party Services

Services may depend on third-party platforms, software, payment processors, data providers, or other external services. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, changes, or failures caused solely by such third parties

7. No Guarantee & Limitation of Liability

Our recommendations are based on available information, assumptions, and professional analysis. We do not guarantee any specific financial, commercial, operational, investment, or business outcome unless expressly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AS Consulting and Managment LLC. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited

8. Website Use

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a manner that infringes our or others’ rights

9. Changes & Existing Engagements

We may update these Terms by publishing the revised version on the website. Changes to an existing engagement’s commercial terms remain governed by the applicable written agreement

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law specified in the applicable service agreement or, if none, subject to mandatory laws applicable to the customer. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, referred to the competent court or dispute-resolution mechanism specified in the applicable agreement
